Most small jobs can be estimated over the phone if you provide a few pictures of work you need to be done. Work is priced at fair market rates for each specific task. We provide written estimates for both the cost and time to complete the work. Our estimates include only the work specifically requested, complications resulting from non-standard conditions or atypical problems encountered during the execution of the work will incur additional charges. In those cases we will stop work as soon as we discover the problem and consult with the responsible party to determine our next steps.
There is a minimum charge of $125 to cover our travel time and expense. A portion of this charge is credited toward the job cost.
Requests for work to be done outside of regular business hours (8am-6pm Mon-Sat) may have additional charges, we will include these in the estimate.
