In a well-maintained property with good tenants, the property owner often pays hundreds of dollars per month, while the property manager spends little time on-site. Full-service property management services also tend to have an incentive to promote superfluous maintenance.


We offer hybrid property management services in which the property owner keeps all monthly rent and pays us only when they request our assistance. This keeps the property owner in control and reduces their operating costs.


In this model, the property owner serves as the tenant's initial point of contact. While this shifts some responsibility to the property owner, it helps maintain control over the landlord-tenant relationship and reduces costs.
